A valid VISA or Mastercard is required for all reservations including reservations over the phone, in ordet to garantuee reservation.

CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW: Cancellation must be done 6pm the before arrival, unless agreed separately. To cancel later result in a cost of 1 night. This is true for No-Show as well.

DEPARTURE BEFORE AGREED:  If you check-out earlier that agreed in reservation you have to pay same fee as for late cancellation. In addition to the price you’ve paid for the time you already stayed you get additional night on the bill.

PAYMENT: At arrival. Reservation fee of 10% may apply for Internet reservations.
